SPMIS e-SS can be accessed through contemporary web browsers such as the latest version of Chrome or Edge browsers with the URL: https://wsp.swd.gov.hk/wsp/

The operating hours of SPMIS e-SS is: 
Mon-Fri             8:45 - 23:00
Sat                     8:45 - 18:00
Excluding Sunday and system maintenance period on Wednesday 18:00-20:00

The SPMIS e-SS is restricted to authorized user only.  Please contact your System Administrator for creation of new user if necessary.

There are mainly nine types of eForms to be included in SPMIS e-SS:

Note 1: The SPS form, previously known as Statistical Information System (SIS) form, is a service performance return for the purpose of performance monitoring in accordance with the output and outcome standards (OS/OCs) set out in the Funding and Service Agreements (FSAs) drawn up between SWD and NGOs.

SWD users can access to the submitted eForms and there is no need to separately submit paper forms.

In SPMIS e-SS, the paper form of SPS form will be separated into 2 parts. SPS(OS/OC) contains output and outcome standards and SPS(SI) contains supplementary information and miscellaneous information such as the staff statistics.

The system will keep the submitted forms for three financial years including the current financial year. Users may download the soft copy of forms for record if necessary.
